Abstract
胚挽救是指受精后胚在早期的发育阶段退化或败育,然后通过早期胚的离体培养而发育成完整植株的过程.胚挽救技术在早熟葡萄育种率的提高、无核葡萄品种的培育、三倍体葡萄的育种以及葡萄远缘杂交等方面发挥着重要作用.综述了胚挽救的概念、影响胚挽救成功的因素、胚挽救技术在葡萄育种中的应用,并提出了胚挽救技术在今后的研究和应用前景.
