Abstract
以杂交狼尾草茎秆中上部茎节处腋芽为繁殖材料,以MS为基本培养基,通过腋芽诱导、丛生芽分化和植株再生情况进行比较试验,以筛选最适宜的激素种类、浓度和配比,为杂交狼尾草组培快繁技术提供参考依据.结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为:MS+ 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.4 mg/L;最佳增殖培养基为:MS+ 6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ NAA0.3 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为:MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L.
