Abstract

为评价转基因大豆对土壤微生物的影响,选取2个转基因品种94Y20和TN1以及1个非转基因品种运豆101作为材料进行盆栽试验.结果表明,转基因大豆对土壤放线菌全生育期没有影响;转基因大豆对土壤鼓粒期和成熟期土壤细菌具有一定影响;转基因大豆对苗期土壤固氮菌和氨化细菌具有一定影响,对其他生育期没有影响;转基因品种TN1的花期土壤真菌显著减少.结果说明转基因大豆对土壤微生物具有一定的影响.
