不同氮肥用量下硝化抑制剂和木醋液对土壤N2O排放的影响

Abstract
为了探究不同氮肥用量下硝化抑制剂双氰胺和木醋液对菜地土壤N2O排放的影响,采用室内培养的方式,测定200,400 kg/hm2氮肥用量下菜地耕层土壤施加双氰胺和木醋液后N2O的排放通量和累积排放量.结果 表明,200 kg,/hm2氮肥处理的N2O累积排放量较对照提高了9.3倍,达到539.04 ng/m2;双氰胺处理的N2O累积排放量为20.3 ng/m2,较氮肥处理降低了96.3%;木醋液处理的N2O累积排放量为549.31 ng/m2,较氮肥处理提升了1.8%.400 kg/hm2氮肥处理的N2O累积排放量为43.5 ng,/m2,双氰胺处理的N2O累积排放量较氮肥处理降低了12.9%,木醋液处理的N2O累积排放量较氮肥处理提升37.3%.菜地土壤中氮肥的施用在一定程度上会促进土壤N2O的排放,但过高的氮肥用量会抑制土壤N2O的排放.双氰胺在不同氮肥用量的菜地土壤中均能降低N2O的排放通量和累积排放量,而木醋液会少量提升菜地土壤N2O的累积排放量.
