Abstract

为了解不同苹果品种对腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)的抗病性情况,采用离体枝条接种腐烂病菌,将7d后的病斑面积进行聚类分析,进而鉴定36个苹果品种的抗病性.结果表明,红玉的病斑面积最小,为1.73 cm2,伏锦的病斑面积最大,为22.43 cm2,36个品种的平均病斑面积为9.15cm2;采用欧式距离、最长距离法进行聚类分析,结果显示,聚类结果与接种结果的吻合度最好;以欧式距离5作为聚类距离分割点,将36个苹果品种分为7个抗病品种、11个中抗品种、9个中感品种、7个感病品种和2个高感病品种.
