Abstract
对西葫芦种子的形态特征及脂肪酸组成进行分析.结果显示,各材料在形态特征间有较大差异,以出仁率的变异系数最大,达15.42％;西葫芦种仁总含油量平均达47.0％左右,由多种脂肪酸组成,其中,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,占脂肪酸总量的80.5％.杂交组合659在种子特性、总含油量及不饱和脂肪酸组成方面都具有一定优势,是一种优质油用种质资源.
