Abstract
利用高效液相色谱法和田间试验法,研究了氟唑磺隆与炔草酯及代谢物炔草酸在小麦及土壤中的降解行为,并对氟唑磺隆和炔草酯、炔草酸同时进行检测,以期为安全施药提供依据.结果表明,氟唑磺隆和炔草酯在植株和土壤中的降解动态均满足一级降解动力学过程,半衰期分别为2.5～4.4 d和3.0～5.0 d.该分析方法操作简单,精密度、准确度和灵敏度均符合农药残留检测要求.
