Abstract
为了培育出花色艳丽的三倍体紫薇新品种,本试验以二倍体紫薇品种(‘六月飞雪’、‘泮河2号’、‘紫抗1号,和‘紫抗2号,)与四倍体紫薇(‘四海升平’)为亲本,分别进行杂交试验,并对杂交后代的花性状、叶性状、株高、地径进行遗传分析,同时进行倍性检测.结果表明,各杂交组合后代均检测到三倍体的存在.
