Abstract
采用组织培养手段,研究蝴蝶兰在不同培养基上的快速繁殖方法,研究试管苗培养生长所需的最佳培养基及温度、光照条件,研究蝴蝶兰试管苗驯化所必需的条件及栽培技术要求.结果表明,在改良VW培养基的基础上加入活性炭和土豆汁,将pH值调为5.1～5.3,蝴碟兰试管苗生长情况最佳.
