Abstract
以台杨3号茎段和叶片为外植体材料,建立离体再生体系.结果表明:茎段在0.15%HgCl2溶液中处理10 min,污染率为23.3%,出芽率达75.3%,在MS+BA 0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1培养基中诱导不定芽的效果较好,平均分化率77.8%;叶片分化培养基为MS+BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+KT 0.2 mg·L-1+Ad 40 mg·L-1,分化率可达87.7%;MS+BA 0.5 mg·L-1+KT 0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1培养基增殖效果较好;1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+CCC 0.5 mg·L-1为生根、壮苗培养基,生根率100%.
