Abstract
通过分析杏鲍菇子实体蛋白质的含量、氨基酸组成,并采用国际上通用的评价方法对供试菌株进行蛋白质营养评价,结果表明,Pe5菌株比Pe6菌株优良;培养基质适宜性试验的结果表明,Pe5菌株对棉籽壳基质不太适宜.五节芒植物可以代替木屑、蔗渣作为杏鲍菇栽培原料.
