Abstract
采用简单序列重复区间扩增多态性(ISSR)分子标记技术对30份茭白品种进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,8个ISSR引物共扩增获得31条多态性条带,多态性比例为40.26％;通过遗传相似系数和聚类分析,能将30份茭白品种区分开,说明ISSR标记技术能从分子水平揭示茭白品种的遗传多样性.
