2个石楠属新品种与其原种的光合特性比较

Abstract
测定了2个石楠属新品种幻彩石楠(Photinia serrulata Fantasy Color)、 金凤凰红叶石楠(Photinia×fraseri Golden Phoenix)和其原种石楠(Photinia serrulata)、 红罗宾红叶石楠(Photinia×fraseri RedRobin)的多酚、叶片氮平衡指数与光合生理参数,并对其进行比较分析.结果表明:幻彩石楠和金凤凰红叶石楠的氮平衡指数均低于对照品种,而花青素指数均高于对照品种;另外,幻彩石楠和金凤凰红叶石楠在光合有效辐射2000μmol·m-2·s-1时净光合速率达到了最高峰值,而对照品种在光合有效辐射1500μmol·m-2·s-1时净光合速率达到了最高峰值;同时,幻彩石楠和金凤凰红叶石楠的气孔导度、 蒸腾速率的光响应变化曲线变化趋势较为相似,总体上呈现不断上升趋势.
