Abstract
随机采集浙江省12个主产区的100份葡萄样品,利用液质联用方法测定乙烯利残留量,进行膳食风险评估.结果表明,仅4份检测出乙烯利残留(≥0.01 mg·kg-1).参照我国葡萄残留限量标准(1 mg·kg-1),有1份葡萄样品中的乙烯利残留量超标.乙烯利慢性和急性风险极低,风险可接受.
