Abstract
对灵芝、平菇发酵酱油渣的发酵物对小鼠免疫功能的影响进行了研究,结果表明,该发酵物可显著增加小鼠左后足跖部厚度和小鼠血清溶血素抗体积,说明灵芝、平菇酱油渣发酵物具有一定的增强小鼠免疫功能的作用.
