重庆市普通菜豆种质资源形态聚类分析

Abstract
以收集到的30份重庆市普通菜豆种质资源为研究对象,通过对各菜豆品种的10种形态标记进行调查赋值,利用平方欧氏距离和组间联接法对数据进行聚类分析,结果表明:供试材料可分为4类群,其中,Ⅰ类有7个品种,Ⅱ类有11个品种,Ⅲ类有9个品种,Ⅳ类有3个品种;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类群长势较强,亲缘关系较近,而Ⅳ类群长势较弱,与其它3类亲缘关系较远;各资源中平方欧氏距离最远的为15和3,最近的为120和122.
