Abstract

以铁皮石斛原球茎为供试材料,通过诱导原球茎增殖、分化得到培养苗,采用单因素试验设计探究光照因子(光照时间、光质及光照强度)对铁皮石斛培养苗再生体系建立、生长情况的影响.结果表明,当培养条件一定时,光照时间为10 h/d铁皮石斛培养苗的生长情况最好;红蓝光的光质比为1:1是铁皮石斛培养苗生长健壮的光质,光照强度2500 lx为铁皮石斛培养苗生长适宜强度.
