Abstract
采用水培试验,分析了3种浓度6-BA对妃子笑荔枝叶片光合参数和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明,6-BA对妃子笑叶片光合荧光参数Fv/Fm和PIabs有影响,在低浓度水平下(5 mg/L),喷施6-BA可以提高叶绿体光系统II的光合潜能和光合效率;同时,可以较长时间地保持叶片可溶性糖含量在较高水平.
