Abstract
[目的]探讨重金属胁迫对翅碱蓬种子萌发及幼苗的影响.[方法]利用不同梯度的Cu2+和Zn2+溶液进行水培试验,测定翅碱蓬种子萌发和幼苗渗透调节物质含量的变化.[结果]翅碱蓬种子的总发芽率和萌发速率在较低浓度(50 mg/L)Cu2+胁迫下会上升,而在较高浓度(100、200 mg/L)Cu2+胁迫下会下降;Zn2+胁迫对种子的总发芽率和萌发速率均会产生明显的抑制.Cu2+和Zn2+胁迫会使幼苗可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量明显升高.[结论]Cu2+和Zn2+胁迫会影响翅碱蓬种子的萌发,导致幼苗的渗透调节物质升高.
