Abstract
DNA-蛋白质交联(DNA-protein crosslinks,DPCs)是一种高毒性的DNA损伤,由紫外线、电离辐射以及甲醛等化合物诱导形成.DPCs会阻碍DNA复制,造成DNA双链缺口,影响基因组的稳定性.目前,研究发现酵母的蛋白酶Wss1和后生动物的蛋白酶SPRTN通过蛋白水解作用参与了DPCs的修复途径,为阐明DPCs的修复机制奠定了基础.对DPCs的影响因素及修复途径进行总结,为DPCs的深入研究提供了一些思路.
