Abstract
[目的]研究龙竹竹叶黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化性.[方法]以乙醇为溶剂对龙竹竹叶黄酮(flavonoids from Dendrocalamus gigante-us leaves,简称FDL)进行提取,优化了提取FDL的工艺参数,分析黄酮提取物的抗氧化性.[结果]通过响应面分析得出FDL提取工艺的最佳参数组合为:浸提温度74.2℃、乙醇浓度79.2%、料液比1.0:36.5(g:mL)、浸提时间3.28 h.在此提取条件下,FDL提取率可达到7.21%.抗氧化研究表明,FDL对DPPH、O2·-和·OH都具有良好的清除作用.[结论]龙竹竹叶黄酮是一种可开发的食品抗氧化剂.
