猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)对全世界养猪业而言是一种致命的病毒性疾病.它是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种严重的临床疾病,并且保持终身隐性感染的能力.PRRS也使我国养猪业遭受了巨大的损失,近年来尤其是高致病蓝耳病毒的出现,已严重影响我国生猪养殖业的健康发展.对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的免疫作用机制及防制措施进行了综述,旨在为其今后的防制提供新的思路与方案.
