Abstract
[目的]筛选能高效降解多菌灵的菌株.[方法]对土壤中能高效降解多菌灵菌株D-A-2进行分离筛选及鉴定.[结果]采用管碟法从土壤中初筛得到24株具有活性的菌株,光谱法复筛得到6株降解能力较强的菌株,并对D-A-2菌株进行形态鉴定、生理生化特性鉴定和16S rDNA全序列分析.[结论]D-A-2菌株降解能力最强,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌.
