Abstract
为比较分析天津市温室栽培中不同蓝莓(Vaccinium Spp)品种果实的矿物质含量,以天津蓟州区种植的10个蓝莓品种为试材,用原子吸收光谱法测定了果实中矿物质营养含量.结果 表明,小蓝金果实K和Mg含量最高,北陆Ca和Na含量最高,奥尼尔Cu和Fe含量最高,达柔Zn含量最高.隶属函数分析结果表明,奥尼尔综合矿物质营养含量最高,为一级.
