Abstract

1996～1999年,从恩施州利川、咸丰、恩施、建始采集烟草根结线虫病标样21份,通过形态学、鉴别寄主及生物化学3种方法进行鉴定,结果表明:恩施州烟草根结线虫主要有爪哇根结线虫[Meloidogyne javanica (Treub) Chitwood ]、南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incognita(Kofoid and White)Chitwood]1号小种,主要分布于利川、恩施.发病烟区在实行轮作的基础上选用抗病品种,并辅以5%涕灭威颗粒剂450g/100m2或3%米乐尔颗粒剂405 g/100m2根区施药,防效达68.8%～71.0%.
