Abstract
以双牌虎爪姜茎尖为外植体,设计微量元素、有机物和激素含量相同,但大量元素含量不同的3种培养基(即1/2MS、MS和N6培养基)进行组织培养快繁研究.结果表明:双牌虎爪姜的快繁最佳培养基为N6+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,培养时间以28 d左右为佳,增殖倍数高达5.75.
