Abstract
以"拼图""红卷毛"和"花毯"3个矾根品种为材料,研究了不同浓度生根粉处理对3个矾根品种扦插生根的影响.结果表明:矾根属于愈伤组织生根型品种,一般扦插30 d左右开始生根;"拼图"品种适宜用1000~3000 mg/L的生根粉短时(5~30 s)处理,"红卷毛"品种适宜于500~1000 mg/L的生根粉浸泡(10 min左右)处理,而"花毯"品种的生根处理方法有待进一步研究.
