以海城大蒜带幼芽的茎盘作为外植体材料，建立了组织培养快速繁殖体系。结果表明：MS ＋BA 1．0 mg ／L ＋NAA 1．0 mg ／L 对不定芽诱导的效果最好；1／2MS ＋BA 0．5 mg ／L ＋NAA 0．5 mg ／L 为分化培养基的适宜配方；MS ＋IAA 0．1 mg ／L 生根效果很好。
