Abstract
利用厌氧培养箱法,从大伙房水库冬季湖底淤泥中分离到一株低温产甲烷菌LN-c1,直径0.7 ～1.0 μm,长1.0～1.6 μm,无鞭毛不运动,单生、对生或聚生.能利用H2/CO2、甲醇、乙酸,对氨苄青霉素、红霉素、卡那霉素、利福平均有一定的抗性.最适生长温度20℃,最适盐浓度0.5％ -0.8％,与标准Methanocorpusculum labreanum Z的相似性为99％.
