麦类作物是世界上最重要的粮食作物,其籽粒硬度关系到加工品质及食用品质,也关系到企业效益和农民增收.文章综述了麦类作物籽粒硬度检测方法、籽粒硬度与籽粒成分的关系、籽粒硬度分子机制研究进展、籽粒硬度基因与品质性状的关联性的研究进展,并对未来发展提出展望,旨在为麦类作物遗传育种和品质改良提供参考.
