Abstract

为验证鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)对鸽子的安全性和免疫效果,对试制的5批鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)分别在3家规模化养鸽场进行田间试验.结果表明:幼龄鸽、青年鸽和种鸽免疫鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)后均无任何不良反应,并产生了较高的抗体水平,免疫后180 d对鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型强毒川沙株的攻毒保护率在90％以上.试验效果证明,鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)安全有效.
