Abstract
为了解广东地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌的流行情况,采用经优化建立的ERIC-PCR分型方法对来自广东地区16个鸭场的48株鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株进行基因分型.结果表明:用ERIC-PCR法可将48个分离株分为16个基因型.12个鸭场存在着两种或两种以上基因型的菌株,并且不同鸭场流行基因型不同,8型和11型是较为流行的菌株.该研究结果可为广东地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的免疫防治提供参考.
