对厚叶岩白菜一年生组培苗探索了分株苗生根和根茎扦插.结果表明:一年生组培苗的分株倍数可达5;用0.2 mg/L IBA浸泡分株苗基部20 s,生根率可达100％;带顶芽或腋芽的根茎进行扦插,修切长为4 cm时成活率可达90％;在珍珠岩∶草炭土∶腐殖质=2∶1∶1的混合基质中,培育6个月即可成为商品苗.
