小麦品种抗旱性生理指标测定

Abstract
从根、苗、叶的生长状态以及根冠比、叶绿素含量及SOD、POD酶活性等方面,对5个新培育小麦品种"晋麦47号"、"长麦8744"、"长麦4738"、"长麦6359"、"中麦175"进行抗旱生理指标测定,通过大田旱地、水地2种处理,测定了根长、根数、叶片数、株高、叶片含水量、叶绿素含量.试验结果初步显示,"长麦6359"品种抗旱能力相对较强,"长麦8744"、"晋麦47号"次之,"长麦4738"和"中麦175"抗旱能力较弱.
