气相色谱法测定番茄中有机磷农药残留研究

Abstract
用气相色谱火焰光度检测器对番茄中4种有机磷农药残留进行检测;讨论了离心转速,提取液体积对回收率的影响,同时对色谱条件进行了优化.结果表明:称取15g样品,用20mL乙腈提取,以7000r/min离心促进盐析分层,程序升温FPD测定,加标回收率达78.9％～91.9％,精密度(RSD)为3.1％ ～7.9％,方法检出限达到0.02～ 0.04mg/kg.
