Abstract
以成都主栽草莓品种“红颜”、“章姬”为试验材料,设置菌渣(1500kg/667m2)还田处理,调查草莓外观品质和经济性状,以探明菌渣还田对草莓品质的影响.结果表明菌渣还田能够增加红颜、章姬草莓单果重、宽度、糖分含量、糖酸比、花青素含量,降低草莓果实硬度、有机酸含量等,提高了草莓果质.综合看来,可以扩大食用菌菌渣利用范围,保护环境,提高草莓生产效益.
