气相色谱法测定大米粉中敌敌畏的残留量

Abstract
使用气相色谱法分析大米粉中敌敌畏残留量,样品超声用二氯甲烷萃取,然后通过DB-1701毛细管气相色谱柱和火焰光度检测器确定,并且通过外标法进行定量.结果表明:在该检测方法下,敌敌畏的线性范围为5～80ng/mL,相关系数为0.99927,检出限为0.015mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.40％,平均加标回收率为89.0％～92.6％,RSD(n=6)为1.73％～1.94％.该方法适用于大米粉中敌敌畏残留量的检测分析.
