Abstract
为揭示水鬼蕉生物碱(AHL)对HepG-2细胞作用,采用FITC-Annexin V/PI双染色法检测AHL对HepG-2细胞凋亡的影响,并检测了AHL对HepG-2细胞内Ca2+浓度 、活性氧(ROS)、pH的影响.结果表明:AHL可以通过细胞内ROS、Ca2+、pH三者间相互作用而诱导细胞凋亡.
