Abstract
为研究冰菜幼苗期有关生物量的积累规律,以冰菜为试验材料,探讨穴盘规格对冰菜育苗的影响.结果表明:30和50孔穴盘培育的冰菜幼苗的生长指标无明显差异,72孔穴盘的冰菜幼苗生长指标显著弱于32和50孔;随着穴盘孔数增多,冰菜幼苗的叶绿素含量降低、抗性降低、新陈代谢缓慢.
