Abstract
为筛选抗重金属污染的园林花卉品种,以三色堇为供试材料,采用水培法,研究铅(Pb2+)和镉(Cd2+)复合胁迫对三色堇种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:三色堇对 Pb2+和Cd2+复合胁迫有一定的耐性, Pb2+、Cd2+复合胁迫下,三色堇种子发芽势和发芽率分别在复合胁迫浓度为(50+2)mg·L-1和(100+4)mg·L-1有略微的促进作用,发芽率在复合胁迫浓度(50+2)mg·L-1时有明显的促进作用,而随着Pb2+和Cd2+复合胁迫的增加,三色堇种子发芽势和发芽率受到抑制,且抑制程度越来越明显. Pb2+、Cd2+复合胁迫对三色堇的根长和胚芽长均有显著影响,随着浓度的升高,抑制作用越大.
