法国百里香嫩枝扦插正交试验

Abstract
为建立法国百里香高效的扦插育苗技术体系,迅速扩大其种群数量,以法国百里香当年生嫩枝为插穗,采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,研究了扦插基质(A)、药剂种类(B)、药剂浓度(C)3个因素对扦插生根效果的影响.结果表明:3个因素对扦插生根效果的影响依次为A>B>C.最优处理组合为A1B2C2,即以蛭石为基质,用浓度为300 mg·L-1的ABT进行速蘸处理,生根率高达97.22％,根条数16.6条,最长根长3.34 cm,侧根数1.80条.
