Abstract
巴家咀农业灌溉工程除了担负农业灌溉任务外,现已发展为解决西峰区塬边咀梢人畜用水的综合性水利工程,但当前工程存在诸多问题,已不能满足人们日益增长的生产生活需要.因此,对现有工程进行更新改造是解决农业灌溉短板问题,保障乡村人畜饮水,促进农业和农村经济可持续发展的重要举措.
