Abstract
目的:旨在通过薄膜分散法-微孔滤膜挤压法制备脂质体,并对脂质体包封率、粒度分布、zeta电位进行检测.方法:主要通过单因素试验及正交试验筛选出最佳的制备工艺,且验证工艺的合理.脂质体利用薄膜分散法制备并测定包封率,考察脂质体的形态.结果:所制备出的猪苓多糖脂质体包封率较高,粒径均匀,显微镜下脂质体均匀圆整、近球形.
