Abstract
采用微胶囊技术包埋石榴籽油,以包埋率为指标,通过正交试验L9(34)优化工艺,获得最佳的微胶囊包埋工艺参数:芯材比例40%,固形物含量50%,包埋温度65℃,均质压力60 MPa,均质次数4次.通过微胶囊技术能够有效提高石榴籽油的耐贮藏性,减缓氧化酸败的速度.
