Abstract

以玉米品种沃玉964及其亲本为试验材料,进行了沃玉964玉米品种SSR指纹图谱的构建研究.结果表明,从72对玉米SSR引物中筛选出在沃玉964双亲间多态性好、重复性高的6对引物(分别为Phi090、umc2105、bnlg2305、umc 1125、phi065和umc1506),可用于沃玉964的真实性检测,同时可为鉴定种子纯度提供参考.该方法准确可靠、实用性强,为生产上沃玉964真实性的快速、有效鉴定提供了科学依据.
