Abstract
为进一步研究水稻OsTZF 3基因的生物学功能,利用日本晴基因组的OsTZF 3基因序列,构建了OsTZF 3的CRISP/Cas9敲除表达载体pKTZF3和过量表达载体pCXUN TZF3;并通过农杆菌介导法导入粳稻日本晴胚性愈伤组织中,分别获得了pKTZF3和pCXUN TZF3转化再生植株55个和42个克隆;进一步通过PCR法鉴定了35个克隆转pKTZF3植株和10个克隆转pCXUN TZF3植株.
