Abstract
以铁皮石斛组培苗为材料,用松树皮、椰糠、谷壳、腐殖土等4种栽培基质进行炼苗,考察其对铁皮石斛移栽成活率的影响.结果表明:处理①以松树皮作为栽培基质,铁皮石斛苗在萌芽数、株高方面表现良好,且该基质在市场上量大价低,可以作为铁皮石斛栽培基质大面积推广使用.
