Abstract
为研究NCT 2土壤修复菌剂对设施大棚次生盐渍化土壤的改良作用及其在化肥减量10%、15%和20%时的应用效果,选取奶油生菜为研究对象,在上海市金山区进行了田间小区试验.结果表明,以基肥习惯施肥减肥20%+每667 m2施NCT 2菌剂80 kg对土壤的改良效果最优,与CK相比,土壤EC值、全盐量、最终硝酸盐含量分别下降47.19%、43.71%、62.87%;以基肥习惯施肥减肥15%+每667 m2施NCT2菌剂80 kg对生菜生长的促进作用最佳,生菜鲜重、干重、产量分别比CK增加7.58%、4.52%、26.00%,硝酸盐含量比CK降低38.16%.
