气相色谱法测定黄瓜中八种有机磷类农药残留

Abstract
优化NY/T761-2008标准关于有机磷类农药残留检测的方法.样品用乙腈提取并减压旋蒸后,采用DB-1701色谱柱程序升温分离后测定.在本试验条件下,八种有机磷类农药得到较好分离,该方法的回收率REC为89.5％～107.1％,精密度RSD为1.4％～6.7％.
