优质烤烟品种叶片质体色素变化规律研究

Abstract
本试验以红花大金元、翠碧一号、大白筋599、NC82、K326和NC89共6个优质烤烟品种为材料,系统研究了6个品种的叶绿素、叶黄素以及β-胡萝卜素含量在生长过程中的变化规律.结果显示,在移栽后第50 d翠碧一号、K326和NC89等优质品种叶绿素含量较高,与其他品种达到极显著差异;翠碧一号、红花大金元和大白筋599的叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量极显著高于其他的品种,这可能是上述优质烤烟形成的内在基础.
